We purchased the villa in summer 08 to compliment our other property Villa Lemone (CY1103) which is 400m away. The villa underwent extensive refurbishment, new furniture and furnishings, new kitchen and bathroom, complete redec throughout!
Solar warmed pool now with roman steps , solar heated means heated by the sun so it raises the temp by around 3 degrees its therefore not hot in winter. The villa is perfect for families or couples and is furnished to a very high standard, its perfect for letting all year with air con that heats & diesel large fire heater. It offers spacious open plan accommodation. There is a large private garden off road parking, pebbles, planting and small patio to the front and extensive patio area around the pool to the side with lots of space for sunbathing. With views form the first floor balcony over to Coralia Beach and the sea. In addition it has roman steps for ease of access especially with children and elderly or infirm There is a gas barbecue for alfresco dining. Shops, restaurants, bars and supermarket are all within a 2 minute walk as are the world famous beaches. Bus stop with regular service to Paphos and the water park. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company.
