It offers complete privacy due to its extensive mature gardens and banana plantation and is found only 300 meters to the sea and in short walk (2-3 min) to local taverns and pubs.
Outside: are the private swimming pool (9m x 5m) with the terrace, the furnished patio area with the wooden pergola, the BBQ, the paved area with an outdoor seating for 10 guests, the pool table and table tennis and football table. Immediately surrounding the villa are carefully landscaped areas abundant with palm and banana trees as well as colourful flowers. It offers wi-fi.
