Summary: We arrived at the address as per the booking (which is incorrect) and was faced with a derelict, drained pool and run down buildings and no reception. We eventually got through to someone via the phone number to be told they have moved everyone to another venue named: Panareti Coral Bay Resort. The apartment was outdated, had mould around the bath, Aircon not working in one room and most importantly was NOTHING like the images on the booking. We was miss-sold and misled. I took multiple photos as a comparison but i cannot attach these unfortunately as this would highlight what we encountered. Please do not book this if you want to be welcomed with what you paid for. We hardly stayed at the venue and didn't feel our stuff was safe whilst we was not there.
