Welcome to beautiful Paphos!
We are renting out our lovely holiday home in Paphos, Cyprus. The house is spacious and has a total of ten beds, eight in the main house’s three bedrooms, as well as a guesthouse with its own bathroom and kitchenette. There is also a double bed in the guest house.
Here you can bring your family to enjoy a relaxing holiday with sunbathing and lazy days ordering in our have a pleasant walk to Konia Village and have some delicious Mediterranean food and drinks from local taverns.
Konia is a nice village located only 5-8 minutes drive from the city center of Paphos, in the south-west of Cyprus. If you want to enjoy food outside, it is only a short walk to several great local taverns where you can enjoy the pleasant life of Konia. In our neighborhood we also have a children playground.
The house is fenced, and there is a large private saltwater counter-current pool on the property. Beautiful sunsets and sea views are also something the property offers. In addition, the house has two kitchens, as well as three bathrooms plus a guest toilet. Lovely outdoor area with sunbeds by the pool, seating/dinning/relaxation areas, it’s own bar, a fruit garden, outdoor shower, some exercise equipment etc.
Among the upgrades made in 2024 we can mention: Electric gates at both parking plots, new kitchens, newly painted outdoor area, new lawn and new paving terrace outside.
We can be helpful with cars for hire, as well as pick-up and delivery service round-trip from the airport, so that you get a stress-free and nice start on your holiday. You can also rent a pram, to make your travelling more convenient.
Description of bedrooms in the main house:
The master bedroom consists of a double bed, a private bathroom and a balcony with sea views. Plenty of wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2 consists of a bunk bed with a single bed in the upper bunk, and a double bed in the lower bunk, it has its own balcony with sea views.
Bedroom 3 consists of a bunk bed with a single bed in the upper bunk, and a double bed in the lower bunk, it has its own balcony with sea views.
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and tumble dryer.
All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe spaces.
Guesthouse:
A spacious room with double bed, separate kitchenette with microwave, hob and fridge, as well as a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Garden - pool views.
There are new air-conditioners in all bedrooms, as well as in the living room and guest house.
Both kitchens are equipped with the necessary equipment, and the best water filter on the market for clean drinking water from the kitchen tap.

Paphos is a lovely city on the south coast of Cyprus, with beautiful beaches, a pleasant climate and fantastic hospitality. Paphos is also a city with short distances, so whether you are going to the beach, the city center, the shopping mall, sightseeing or to the doctor: Everything is only a few minutes' drive away!
