Summary: Key to the building was missing. It took 40 emails and 3 days to resolve so we couldn't leave the apartment together for 3 days for fear of being locked out of the building (other residents refused to let us in) this also delayed our check-in by an hour and led to me being shouted at and threatened by a neighbor. The remote control for the parking was also missing for two days which was a huge inconvenience and also led to conflict with neighbors. The apartment was unclean with cigarette ash and in places in a very poor state of repair.
