Phaedrus Living Peristerona Traditional House is a cozy 2 bedroom house located in the Village Peristerona just a 35minute drive from Paphos. It got its name from the many pigeons that existed in the glades in the gorge Atikhoulis, which is very close to the village.The natural beauty of the gorge of the Eagle nests located in the community of Peristerona is visited by many visitors daily.
As you enter the house you will find on your left and right two large double bedrooms each with their own ensuite with a walk in shower. Proceeding down the corridor is the open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with a fully sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave and nespresso coffee machine. In the living area is a comfy couch, a 43” smart tv, and a round dining table for four. The house offers airconditioning units in all rooms plus free wifi thoughout. A specious court yard is available outside and free parking.
This house is ideal to book on its own up to 4 guests or to be combined with the next door joined maisonette which sleeps another 4 guests.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
