Summary: We found communication to be great and the checkin process to be very easy. The villa was clean, light and spacious. It was comfortable and had everything you needed, including a few goodies, which were very welcome after a long trip "Thank you"! Sadly, we were disappointed to discover the main bedroom overlooked a construction site. We were woken at 7am every morning to the sound of diggers, pilers, steam rollers and tipper trucks, dumping dusty hardcore directly outside the back of the villa. Consequently, we were unable to enjoy lounging by the pool due to the noise disturbance and filthy dust.We did let the management know, as I felt it was something that clients should be warned about before paying for an expensive week away. Sadly, there was no apology as a result of making them aware. The weather was perfect, but found the pool to be too cold for us. On the one day we did decided to stay by the pool, due to it's position, and large garden shrubs, it was in the shade most of the day. I am sure it would be very welcome during the hotter midsummer months, but not great for September. A point to note, the bedroom TV did not work and the shower needed a good clean and drain needed clearing. The beaches, restaurants and bars were wonderful, & very easy to walk to. We were never disappointed. A good villa in a great location, but not perfect on this occasion which is why I gave 4 stars.
