Perfect for couples, families and discerning travellers. Split on 3 levels, this luxurious 4 bedroom contemporary villa has everything for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Boasting a private swimming pool, poolside seating area with sail covering and a Mediterranean fruit ‘suntrap’ orchard. Separate alfresco dining area with large stone built BBQ. There are air-conditioning/heating units in all rooms for your use. All opening windows are fitted with screens to enable fresh air all the time. All terrace areas are fitted with safety rails. The lounge leads out to the upper sail-shaded patio with outdoor furniture, large stone BBQ and shower. Steps leads down to the swimming pool and lower patio area with sunbeds and umbrella. The pool is 10 X 4m, serviced regularly.
Behind the villa there is a secluded fruit and rosemary orchard offering a perfect sun-trap with all day sunlight.
Towels and linen are included, though we expect guests to bring their own beach and poolside towels. Weekly cleaning and linen unless by prior arrangement for an extra charge with Villa manager.
Local 24/7 assistance available for guests during their stay. Mountain bikes available for hire directly from the Villa manager who can also advise on all activities including watersports, boat rides, hiking, eating out and sightseeing (and much more!).
