The house has 1 Air-condition unit (9btu) in the master bedroom,that will keep you cool in the warm summer months and warm in the cool wintertime.It comes fully furnished, with all the Kitchen utensils and plates as well as clean bed sheets and clean towels.
The list of items included in the apartment is listed however if there is anything extra you would require, i will be happy to provide.
This house is simply stylish, new , very clean ,very central and has everything you need for your stay without having to bring anything with you on your trip.The house has its own private fast Wi-Fi Internet and wired internet also included in the price.
The building is located in a very quiet area with beautiful view from all the windows.
I can also arrange taxi pick-up, who will have a sign with your name on it, all we need is your flight details.
The house is located in the center of two towns...The Limassol and the Paphos town. You can visit the two towns to see museums and castles and also to have fun and spent your time with some friends nicely. Many monuments and important places are near the house. The house is near the old center of limassol town , only 10 minutes with the car or you can use the bus.
The bus stop is outside of the house ( in 100 meter) , and you can move everywhere easily.
As i have tell you before the Limassol is only 10 minutes from the apartment and Paphos town is only 20-25 minutes with the car.
The beach is very near the house 2-3 minutes with the bus or 8-10 minutes walking.
The apartment offers bicycle to rent in order to move easily and go to the beach in case that you don’t want to walk.
Very near the place, in 20 meter, there are many restaurants and a grill(take away) and a big supermarket. The house is located in the center of Episkopi , many shops are near the place.
I can even prepare you grocery shopping on arrival if you send me a list of items you will need and they will be ready for you.
Alternatively there is a supermarket, only 1-minute walk from the flat.
It is perfect if you are coming to visit Cyprus for a holiday or a short stay.
Rules of the House :
1. Please take care of property as if it were your own.
2. Please keep and leave property clean, tidy and presentable.
3. DVDs, Maps, Guides and Books are available for Guests to make use of, but please ensure all is returned as found for others to use.
4. Smoking is allowed in the Apartment, just outside in the balcony.
5. No Pets, complex rules.
6. During your stay please take into consideration other complex residents and neighbors.
7. Bookings may be subject to water and electricity meter readings for additional payment of services used for length of booking and stay or a prepaid fee is negotiable.
8. Although the Air-condition use is included in the price, there will be an extra charge if the usage of the air-condition exceeds the normal usage rate. It is recommended to use the units only when necessary and not while you are not in the apartment as the electricity consumption will be very high.

The Neighborhood :
This is a quiet neighborhood and for obvious reasons loud party music or any disturbance to the neighbors is not allowed.

The movements :
The house is only 2 mins away from the Bus stop, this Line is the Beach road line from the beginning of the Episkopi village to the end at the center of limassol. With this Bus Line you can get to all of Limassol with only €1.50 per person per ride.
