Large house with two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and convertible double sofa bed in living room area. Outside area consists of a large shaded terrace and a 9x5 meter deep pool. Landscaped gardens with fruit trees around the house
Pool shower and separate wash room/toilet in garden area. The entrance gate at the rear of the property leads to a parking area large enough for two full size cars.
The living area with dining set and TV corner is furnished with a corner couch which doubles as twin bed. A top mattress is stored under the seat making it a comfortable bed. The living area has access to WiFi for which tenants will receive the access code after their firm booking.
The water supply has TWO fauchets, one of which supplies water from a private well which also supplies water to the garden shower. This water is of good quality, but not recommended for drinking. A second W/C fauchet supplies water from the public system. This water is potable for cooking etc but using bottled water for drinking is recommended.
The airconditioning units in the bedrooms have time limiting switches which allow tenants to switch them on for periods up to 6 hours, after which they can be Re-set.
