This ground floor apartment is located on a well maintained complex with a pool literally 5 steps from patio entrance, private parking outside entrance door (Remote controlled electric barrier) , 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment is spacious, light and airy, very short walking distance to an excellent selection of shops, restaurants & Tavernas, bars, cinema, ten-pin bowling, car & bike hire, restaurants, it has in July 2026 been upgraded with new sofas, new AC units and fully repainted, The kitchen is fully equiped with all appliances including airfryer, microwave, full oven, washing machine, kettle, sandwich maker, large fridge freezer and more. The complex of only 9 apartments is in a quiet residential much sought after area 5 minutes walk from the new Kings Avenue Mall, 10 minutes walk from Paphos harbour, 15 minutes walk from the Old Paphos Market, and around 250 metres to the 610 bus route connecting the two. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, bathroom, modern fully equipped solid oak kitchen, dining room and living room with large TV with British & European TV channels, stereo, and Wifi; the apartment is fully air conditioned throughout with the addition of ceiling fans. Outside there is a patio with 6-seater furniture and a small garden with potted plants including olive tree, orange & lemon trees & flowering bushes! An Electric and Charcoal BBQ's are also provided for al fresco dining and sun loungers for relaxing by the pool. The property is professionally managed and a welcome pack can be provided.
